Engineering components · Technical integration
We turn a technical requirement into a delivered component.
SUKU Form is a specialised Czech partner for European manufacturers. We understand the requirement, choose the right processes and suppliers, and take responsibility for the component or assembly that arrives.

What SUKU does
A small specialised company whose product is technical understanding.
SUKU Form exports engineering components and works as a technical and system integration partner. We are not a large factory, and we do not present ourselves as one. Our strength is understanding what a customer's requirement really demands and organising the specialist suppliers, processes and manufacturing capabilities that can meet it.
For the customer this means one partner instead of several: a single technical conversation, a single specification, a single delivery — whether the result is an individual component or a complete assembly.
How we connect engineering capabilities
Between your drawing and a delivered part sit a dozen decisions.
Which process suits the geometry. Which material behaves correctly in the application. Which supplier is genuinely equipped for the tolerance. How finishing, inspection and transport fit together without eroding the schedule.
We make those decisions with you, then carry them through the supplier chain and stay accountable for the outcome.

Selected capabilities
What we organise and deliver
Machined components
Turned and milled parts produced to drawing, from single prototypes to recurring series.
02Castings and formed parts
Cast, forged and formed blanks organised together with the follow-on machining and finishing.
03Surface treatment and finishing
Protective and functional finishes specified with the component, not added as an afterthought.
04Sub-assemblies and complete units
Several components brought together into a delivered assembly instead of a box of parts.
05Technical coordination
Translating a requirement into a manufacturable specification and the right supplier chain.
Industries we understand
Sectors where our customers work
Experience in a sector shortens every conversation: the vocabulary, the critical features and the expectations are already familiar.
- Pump manufacturingComponents where sealing surfaces, concentricity and material behaviour under media decide whether the unit performs.
- Drive technologyParts for drive units where fit, surface quality and repeatability across a series matter more than headline volume.
- Measuring technologySmall, precise components for instruments, where dimensional stability and finish are the product.
- Storage and warehouse technologyStructural and mechanical components for handling and storage systems, produced in repeating series.
- Windows and shading technologyMechanical and formed components for window, shutter and blind systems, often in higher repeat volumes.
- Machinery manufacturingIndividual components and assemblies for machine builders working to their own drawings and schedules.
How cooperation works
A predictable sequence, from first enquiry to series supply.
- 01
Enquiry and technical clarification
You send a drawing, a sample or a description of the requirement. We come back with questions about function, tolerances, volumes and timing — before quoting, not after.
- 02
Manufacturing route and offer
We propose how the component should be produced and which capabilities are involved, then quote on that basis so the offer is technically comparable.
- 03
Sampling and approval
First articles are produced and inspected against the agreed features. Findings are discussed openly and adjustments are made before series release.
- 04
Series supply
Agreed quantities are delivered against a schedule, with one contact person on our side for technical and commercial questions.
- 05
Continuous review
Recurring parts are reviewed with the customer — for quality stability, cost and possible improvements to the manufacturing route.

Quality and reliability
Agreements that are written down and checked.
Quality begins with clarity: which features are critical, how they are measured and what is documented on delivery. We agree this before production rather than after a complaint.
Suppliers are selected for their fit with the part, and their output is reviewed against the agreement. If something does not hold, we say so and correct it.
European reach
Czech manufacturing know-how, German-speaking business practice.
Our customers are medium-sized and large manufacturers, mainly in Germany, Switzerland and Austria. Communication runs in German, English and Czech, on the terms and documentation standards those markets expect.

Project enquiry
Send a drawing, or simply describe the problem.
Most useful conversations begin with a drawing, a sample or an existing part that has become difficult to source. Tell us the function, the expected quantities and the timing you have in mind — we will come back with questions and a realistic route to manufacture.
Let's discuss your requirement.
One conversation is usually enough to establish whether we are the right partner for a component or an assembly.
