How we work
A process built so that surprises happen early, not late.
Every stage exists to remove uncertainty before it becomes expensive — for you and for us.
- 01
Enquiry and technical clarification
You send a drawing, a sample or a description of the requirement. We come back with questions about function, tolerances, volumes and timing — before quoting, not after.
- 02
Manufacturing route and offer
We propose how the component should be produced and which capabilities are involved, then quote on that basis so the offer is technically comparable.
- 03
Sampling and approval
First articles are produced and inspected against the agreed features. Findings are discussed openly and adjustments are made before series release.
- 04
Series supply
Agreed quantities are delivered against a schedule, with one contact person on our side for technical and commercial questions.
- 05
Continuous review
Recurring parts are reviewed with the customer — for quality stability, cost and possible improvements to the manufacturing route.
What helps us respond quickly
Useful information for a first enquiry
None of this is mandatory. Even a description of the problem is a valid starting point — but the more of the following you can share, the faster our answer becomes concrete.
- —Drawing, model or a sample part
- —Function of the component in the assembly
- —Features that are critical, and why
- —Expected quantities, per order and per year
- —Material and finish requirements, if fixed
- —Target timing for samples and first delivery
Start with a short conversation.
Tell us what you need to solve. If we are not the right partner, we will say so directly.
