Quality
Quality is an agreement, made before the first chip is cut.
We define what matters on a component, how it will be measured and what is documented — and then we hold the supplier chain to it.
Most quality problems in component supply are not manufacturing failures. They are unclear expectations: a feature that was critical to the customer but ordinary on the drawing, a finish specified without regard to the fit, an inspection that nobody agreed who would perform.
Our clarification stage exists to remove that ambiguity. Before quoting, we identify the features that decide whether the part works, and we agree how they will be verified and reported.
When something does deviate, we report it ourselves. A customer should never be the first to discover a problem with a delivery.
Working principles
- —Critical features identified during clarification
- —Inspection scope agreed before series release
- —First articles reviewed against the agreement
- —Deviations reported proactively, not on complaint
- —Suppliers selected for genuine fit with the part
- —Recurring parts reviewed with the customer over time
Documentation
Only what is agreed, but exactly what is agreed.
Documentation requirements differ by customer and by part. We agree the scope with you — the measured characteristics, the format and who signs it off — and keep that record with the delivery so it is available when it is needed.

Send the drawing and mark what matters most. We will tell you how we would secure it.
