Capability 05

Technical coordination

Translating a requirement into a manufacturable specification and the right supplier chain.

Not every enquiry arrives as a finished drawing. Often it is a requirement, a sample, or an existing part that has become difficult to source. Our work starts by understanding the technical intent and the constraints around it — function, volume, cost expectation and timing.

From there we propose a manufacturing route and the suppliers to realise it, and we stay involved through sampling, series release and ongoing supply.

In practice

  • Requirement clarification with the customer's engineers
  • Manufacturing route proposal and feasibility discussion
  • Supplier selection and qualification
  • Continuity of contact from enquiry to series supply

Discuss your requirement.

Tell us the function, tolerances and quantities — we will propose a manufacturing route.
